Project Overview
We completed a small single storey rear extension in Oldbrook, Milton Keynes that was done within permitted development, eliminating the need for a full planning application.
Our company produced plans and structural engineering drawings, registered the project with building control, and carried out the complete build including supply and fit of water-based underfloor heating for optimal comfort and efficiency.
